Scope

This policy explains how we process the personal data of visitors to www.hrtechpartner.com, of our prospects and of our clients. It applies under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for people located in the European Union, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect and why

Contact and meeting request forms: first name, last name, company, position, email address, phone number, content of your message. Purpose: answering your request, arranging a call, preparing a proposal. Basis: pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in answering requests.

Document downloads and newsletter: name, email address, company. Purpose: sending you the requested document and, if you agreed, our news and publications. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link or by email.

Client relationship: contact details, correspondence, contractual and billing documents. Purpose: performing the contract, accounting, legal obligations. Basis: contract and legal obligations.

Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, date and time, referring site, cookies. Purpose: operating and securing the website, measuring audience. Basis: legitimate interest for technical data that is strictly necessary, consent for audience measurement where the law requires it.

We do not sell your data. It is processed by our staff and by providers acting on our behalf:

International transfers

Wix servers are located in the United States and the European Union, with administration in Israel. Israel benefits from an adequacy decision of Switzerland and of the European Union. Transfers to the United States rely on standard contractual clauses and, for Google, on the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You may ask us for a copy of the applicable safeguards.

Retention

Contact and meeting requests: 24 months after the last exchange, unless a contract follows. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Contractual and accounting documents: 10 years (art. 958f Swiss Code of Obligations). Audience measurement data: 14 months. Technical logs: for the period set by Wix for website security.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and portability, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@hrtechpartner.com or to the postal address above; we may ask for proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, www.edoeb.admin.ch) or, if you live in the European Union, with the supervisory authority of your country (in France, the CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Wix applies the technical and organisational measures described in its Trust Center. We restrict access to data to the people who need it.
